Etched raises $300M Series C at $10.3B valuation
Etched, an AI inference chip startup founded in 2022, closed a $300 million Series C funding round led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from a16z, SK Hynix, and others. The round values the company at $10.3 billion, up from a $5 billion valuation in December. Etched was founded by three Harvard dropouts and is pushing toward full-stack inference hardware development.
