Khosla Ventures-backed smart appliances startup upliance.ai has launched a 12L Smart Air Fryer Oven designed for full-scale family cooking. The device features an AMOLED touchscreen and proprietary hardware, firmware, and electronics built in India. The oven includes Texture Control software that automatically adjusts heat levels based on selected texture profiles rather than traditional time-and-temperature settings, and uses a context-aware AI cooking assistant powered by the startup's unified kitchen OS.
